We complete Walnut Blasting in house on the Mazda Skyactiv range. 

Mazda dealers chrge over£3000 to complete a carbon clean on these engines.

We complete the same job for under £600 

These engines suffer very badly from carbon build up and it dramatically reduces power and engine stabilty, aswell as causing random error codes. 

In this process we completely remove the inlet manifold assembly and fire high speed walnut shell into the inlet port (valves Shut) while using our specialist port extraction system to remove the carbon and shell. 

The results speak for themselves in the images below.
