BMW N54 N55 Walnut Blasting 

We complete Walnut Blasting in house on the RN54 and N55 range, 135I, 335I

These engines suffer badly from carbon build up and it dramatically reduces power and engine stabilty, aswell as causing random error codes. 

In this process we completely remove the inlet manifold assembly and fire high speed walnut shell into the inlet port (valves Shut) while using our specialist port extraction system to remove the carbon and shell.
